Cleveland " Cleve" Howard Gibbins age 86 of Denton, passed away Sunday March 25, 2012 at Denton Regional Medical Center. Cleve was born July 18, 1925 in Sicipio, Oklahoma to William Jess and Nora Ellen (Lavarnway) Gibbins. He married Fay Underwood in Durant, Oklahoma on April 10, 1953. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked at Jostens for 21 years in the Tool and Die department before retiring in 1990.
He is survived by his wife Fay of Denton. Sons Danny Lynn Gibbins of Greenville, Terry Lee Gibbins and wife of Wylie and Keith Gibbins and wife Debbie of Valley View. Two sisters Maxine Russell of Stroud, Oklahoma and Marcia Stark of Frost, Texas. Six grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 10:00 am Thursday March 29, 2012 at the Valley View Cemetery in Valley View, Texas. The Brother Bo Bowen will conduct the service.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Wednesday March 29, 2012 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Denton.
