Clark Switzer passed away, Friday, March 13, 2009 at Trinity Medical Center of Carrollton.

He was born February 15, 1945 in Grand Prairie, Texas to Clark Beauford Switzer, Sr. and Launa Lorraine Marshall Switzer.  He married Ruby Cooper August 1, 1968 in Dallas Texas and Served in the United Sates Army during the Vietnam War.  He was also a volunteer with the City of The Colony, TX and a member of Lakeland Baptist Church.

Clark is survived by is wife, Ruby; Daughter, Patricia Davis; Son, Perry Switzer; and three grandchildren, Sabrena Switzer, Alyssa Switzer and Caleb Davis.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at Lakeland Baptist Church in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
