Obituary

Charlotte Ardella Baggs, 67, of Pilot Point, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, November 8, 2013 at the Corinth Rehabilitation Suites.
Mrs. Baggs was born on November 30, 1945 in Arkadelphia, AR to Marvin and Bessie (Strather) Tunnicliff. She was married to Odis Baggs, Jr. on December 27, 1979 in Lake Dallas. She graduated from Lewisville High School in 1963 and then graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie. She was a member for many years at the Lake Dallas Assembly of God and attended the Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God Church in Denton. She retired after many years in the administration office at Texas Woman's University Library.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, November 11, 2013 at the funeral home. A funeral service will held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God Church, 1101 Audra Ln., Denton, TX. Pastor Randy Snow and Pastor James Morris will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
She is survived by her husband, Odis Baggs, Jr. of Denton; stepdaughter, Judy Baggs of Pilot Point; stepson, David Baggs of Garden Ridge; niece, Linda Brewer of Conroe; nephew, Richard Fortner of Wills Point; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Sgt. William Howard Fortner and C.L. Fortner.
