Charles Vernon Hawkins, 81, of Corinth, died Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Medical City Hospital in Denton.

Mr. Hawkins was born on June 24, 1939 in Hartsville, SC to Bruce and Francis (Howle) Hawkins. He was married to Jody Malman on March 27, 1973 in Columbia, SC. He retired from Mobil Oil in 1993.

He is survived by his wife, Jody Hawkins of Corinth; daughter, Kris Dollarhide of Boerne; sons, Jess Hawkins of Boerne, Tim Hawkins of Boerne; sister, Virginia Huffman of Laurens, SC; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 28, 2020 at Roselawn Memorial Park.
