Charlene Perryman Kelly, 91, formerly of Denton, longtime Baytown resident passed away on Tuesday December 15, 2009 at Caruth Haven Court in Dallas. She was born March 30, 1918 in Saint Jo, TX. She was a member of the First Christian Church. She attended public schools and was a graduate of the University of North Texas. She married L.W. Kelly in Oklahoma in 1936, he passed away on April 30, 1998.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, December 18, 2009 with Rev. Ray Vickery, officiating at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Denton. The family will be at the funeral home 10 A.M. until 10;45 AM on Friday.
Mrs. Kelly is survived by three daughters, Ann Miller of Gatesville, Kay and husband Rob Thornburg of Houston, and Jan Horner and husband Alan, of Dallas; four grandchildren; Dr. Robert Miller and wife Becky, Kelly Miller and husband Greg, Roger Miller, and Kathryn Ann Miller, and four great grandchildren: Matthew Miller, Aaron Miller, Austin Miller, and Andrew Miller, and numerous Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.
