In Loving Memory of Chari Childers

Chari Childers, age 66, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. Chari’s greatest joy in life was her family, and she devoted herself wholeheartedly to those she loved.

She was a beloved mother to Gary Luttrell and Jordan Childers, and a proud grandmother to Stevie, Hailey, Jaden, Staeley, Jackson, Stoney, Hayden, Stetson, Easton. She was also blessed with a great-granddaughter, Graelynn.

Chari’s love extended beyond her children and grandchildren to her mother, siblings, nieces, nephews, and countless friends whose lives were enriched by her kindness and caring spirit. She was the beloved daughter of Bobbie Reynolds and the late Georld Roberson.

She is survived by her mother, Bobbie Reynolds; her children, Gary Luttrell and Jordan Childers; her daughter in laws, Brandy Luttrell, Brooklyn Childers; her grandchildren, Stevie, Hailey, Jaden, Staeley, Jackson, Stoney, Hayden, Stetson, Easton; her great-granddaughter, Graelynn; her siblings, Steve Roberson, Lori Frank, and Debbie Rhoads; along with many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Chari was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jimmy Childers, and her father, Georld Roberson.

Chari’s legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched with her compassion, generosity, and unconditional love. Her warm heart, strength, and devotion to her family will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

A visitation will be held on June 14, 2026, at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home beginning at 1:00 p.m., followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. A graveside service will immediately follow at Jackson Cemetery in Krum.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in the memories she leaves behind and in the love that will continue to unite her family for generations to come.
