Cecil Dwayne Miller, Sr., was born October 26, 1954, to Frank Austin and Clara Ocia (Jones) Miller in Aubrey, Texas. He died February 12, 2016 at DRMS in Denton, Texas. He grew up in Aubrey and then moved to Collinsville, Texas . He served in the Navy for three years and then spent many years as a Welder. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Leon Miller. He leaves behind three children; Annette, Cecil Dwayne Miller, Jr., and Mary Parker, and grandchildren, also three sisters, Sharon Miller of Denton, Texas, Doris and husband Ken Wilde, Bertha and husband Benton Hodgkinson, of Collinsville, Texas. Gratitude to the staff of DRMC and Integrity hospitals for the care they provided in his final days.

A Memorial Service will be held March 4, 2016, 3 PM at Collinsville Baptist Church, Collinsville, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Denton Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.dentonfuneralhome.net.
