Carolyn Jerene Wolfe, 87, a longtime resident of Denton Texas, died Saturday, December 12, 2020 at her home in Denton.

Mrs. Wolfe was born on April 30, 1933 in Hobart Oklahoma to Curtis Merle and Mary Elizabeth (Kenimer) Randall. Carolyn was married to Archie Wolfe on July 29, 1979; he died on April 29, 2016. She was a member of Gateway United Baptist Church.

Carolyn is survived by her brother Robert Randall and his wife Wanda of Elbert, Co, daughter, Marla Jean Woods of Bolivar; three grandchildren, Elene N. Chapin and her husband Scott, Eric K. Woods and his wife Audrey, and Kristin Wolfe of McKinney, Texas; son-in-law, Tom Whitlock of Denton. She is also survived by her stepchildren John and Linda Wolfe of McKinney, Texas, Bill and Nanette Wolfe of Virginia, and David Wolfe of NY City. She was preceded in death by her daughter Barbara E. Whitlock.

Viewing will be Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, Texas from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A graveside service will take place at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 2:00 PM. with Buddy Owens, pastor.
