Carole Jean Baker Steckler Dalton, October 30, 1944-October 6, 2017

Carole was born October 30, 1944 in Columbia, Missouri to Arlene and John Dale Baker. She went to her heavenly home on October 6, 2017 after a lengthy battle with metastatic breast cancer.
Carole was a member of Denton Bible Church where her delight was singing in the choir. Carole spent her career as an elementary teacher for 21 years. When she retired she was a student and volunteer in Bible Study Fellowship International for 15 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband and love of her life, Frank; three children Frank Jr. (Jan), Jeff (Amanda) and Jenny (Aki) and 8 grandchildren; her brother Alan (Ann), nephew Cory, nieces Debra (Chris), and Bessie (Carlos); and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: John Dale Baker-killed in WWII, Arlene and Paul Steckler and brothers, David and James Steckler.
