Carol L. Allen, 84, of Denton, Texas, beloved wife of William (Bill) L. Allen, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 in Denton. She was born to Lawrence and Frances Kraina on January 6, 1937 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Carol was married to Bill Allen on April 20, 1957 in MIlwaukee, Wisconsin.
She is survived by her husband Bill of 64 years, a daughter, Linda Bozeman and husband Hugh of Corinth, TX, a son, Greg Allen and wife Marla of Flower Mound, TX, 11 grandchildren, Zach Kelsey and wife Audrey of Corinth, TX, Blake Kelsey and wife Kelli of Trophy Club, TX, Kevin Bozeman and wife Gena of Flagstaff, AZ, Brian Bozeman of Corinth, TX, Clayre Turner and husband Daniel of Plano, TX, Amy Allen of Dallas, TX, Joel Allen of Culver City, CA, Lyla Allen, Morgan Lyons, Reed Lyons, and Reece Lyons, all of Flower Mound, TX, and 10 great grandchildren as well as a sister, Joan White of Racine, WI, brother-in-law A.J. LeBlanc and wife Myra of Houston, TX, sister-in-law Maude LeBlanc and husband George Martinez of Houston, TX, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Frances Kraina and her brother-in-law Jack White. Carol loved and delighted in her large family, all of whom knew how loved and valued by her they were.
Carol was a faithful Christian and a member of the Eastside Church of Christ in Denton, TX for 50 years. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her, especially her family, of whom she was very proud. She lived her life loving and caring for her family and friends. Her days were filled supporting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren's extracurricular events. They all knew how proud she was of them and their interests. Carol's servant heart was always seen caring for church members and friends, taking care of the needs of the church, and never forgetting a birthday.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home Chapel, 705 North Locust, Denton, TX. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park, Denton, TX. A visitation will take place Sunday from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM at the funeral home.
