YNC (SW) Bruce Neff Jones- Retired

July 5, 2009 of Denton TX, passed away at his residence.  Bruce was born September 15, 1946 in Long Beach, California; raised in Buffalo, New York, attended Stella Niagara, Canisius College, and Temple University.  Chief Jones served 22 years in the U.S. Military; he served his first few years in U.S. Coast Guard and continued his service in the U.S. Navy.  Loving husband of Linda P. Saddi; beloved son of the late Jean M. Karas and Henry F. Kolodziej; brother of Catherine G. (John) Errington; Father of Monica Jean, Lloyd S. (Sara) Jones, Brian N. (Nichole) Jones, and Elizabeth G. (Jason) McKnight; grandfather of Joey, Allison, Jeremy, and Lloyd Jr.; also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 9, 2009 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
