Billie Lou "Lee" Russell, age 85, of Lewisville passed away Thursday, February 18, 2010, in Lewisville.
She was born April 6, 1924 in Cooke County, Texas to William James Beck and Lula Edna Gordon Beck. Billie was a member of Galilean Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, Texas.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Kissel of Lewisville; granddaughter, Sherry Ann Ketchum and husband, Jamey; three great grandchildren, Jimmy, Samantha and Kyle; niece, Gloria Brewster and husband, Jerry and six great nieces and nephews. Billie was preceded in death by her parents, William James Beck and Edna Beck, brother, Gordon Beck, sister, Ruby Jewel Krueger and niece, Shirley Yoakum.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 22, 2010, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. at Indian Creek Cemetery in Cooke County. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
