Obituary

Bill J. Stover, 78, of Denton, died Thursday October 27, 2005 at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton.

Mr. Stover was born June 23, 1927 in Muleshoe, TX; his parents were Walter E. and Lucille Mae (Williamson) Stover. He was married to Winona Harper on July 10, 1949 in Rockwall, TX. He graduated from public school and attended the University of North Texas. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. He was retired from the Research Department at Texas Woman's University and had attended Cooper Creek Baptist Church.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday October 31, 2005 at Roselawn Memorial Park. Rev. Bobby Bryan will officiate the service. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Sunday October 30 at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Winona Stover of Denton; daughter, Judy Martin of Krum; son, Tommy Stover of Matthews, NC; sister, Elizabeth Sylvia of Burleson; brother, Allen Stover of Dallas; 6 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.

Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
