Bill Pannell, 63, of Denton, died Sunday, May 5, 2013 at the Atrium Medical Center in Corinth.
Mr. Pannell was born on August 4, 1949 in Denton to Elmer and Billie Ann (Fox) Pannell. He was married to Carolyn Watkins on May 15, 1999 in Gainesville. He was a retired truck driver and mechanic and attended the Open Range Cowboy Church.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Pannell of Denton; daughters, Mariann Presas of Gatesville, Rebecca Pannell of Hewitt, Tammey Gibson of Whitesboro; sons, Eric Pannell of Eagle Pass, Clinton Kennemer of Winder, GA, Chad Kennemer of Denton; sister, Nancy Janssen of Oak Point; brother, David Pannell of Denton; eight grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 9, 2013 in the chapel of Mulkey Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home. Richie Johnson will officiate the service.
