Beverly Ann Jones, 77, of Ponder, died Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at her home.
Mrs. Jones was born on March 24, 1938 in Phoenix, AZ to William Charles and Betty (Dotterrer) Lackey. She worked in the cafeteria at Ponder ISD for many years. She was married to Billy Lee Jones; he died February 27, 1996.
Survivors include her daughter, Tracy Simpson of Ponder; son, Walter Jones of Waxahachie; stepson, David Jones of Germany; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
