Betty Lou (Crim) Gaidosh, 86, born February 21, 1928, to Patrick and Agnes (Pulliam) Crim in Gatewood, Mo., passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014 in Richardson, Texas.

Betty was dedicated to her family and home, and especially enjoyed the holidays. She worked part-time in retail sales for many years. Betty lived independently until her husband's passing, spending the last few years in a care facility.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, George Gaidosh, son; Keith Houston Hallum, sisters; Mary Lee Dawley, Ruth Palmer, Hilma Browning, Wilda Phillips, and former husband Leonard Hallum.

Betty is survived by her son, Kirk Hubert Hallum and wife, Janis, stepdaughter Barbara Lambrecht, daughter-in-law, Thalia Hallum, three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, sister; Patsy Eskew and husband, James, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, and special dear friend Jo Ann Lear.

Betty will be interred with her late husband George at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
