Betty June Davis, age 75, of Double Oak, TX, passed away Friday, November 3, 2006. Betty was born on May 18, 1931 in Hague, Nebraska to Leland and Regina Jeffres McVay. She married Chester L. Davis in May 1970, who preceded her in death in 1995. Betty is survived by; son, Terry Bruner and wife Sherri of Double Oak, TX, three grandchildren, Sheila Thomas and husband Jason of Mineral Wells, TX., Tina McVay and husband Troy of Rapid City, SD., Sandi Everett and husband Danny of Corinth, TX., three great grandchildren, Robert Kuehne, Donovan and Kai Everett, the Temple Baptist Church community and numerous friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Van Cura. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at Temple Baptist Church in Flower Mound, TX. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, November 6, 2006, at the church.
