Betty Joyce Colwick, 81, of Graham, died Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Senior Care Center in Denton.
Mrs. Colwick was born on August 22, 1935 in Cleburne, TX to Delmer B. and Mable (Sullivan) Honea. She was married to Larry T. Colwick in 1957 in Clifton, TX. She was a member of the Apostolic Fellowship Outreach Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Wanda Colwick of Denton; sons, Larry Colwick of Denton, Eugene Colwick of Breckenridge, Joe Colwick of Denton, Jerry Colwick of Proctor; sister, Christine Evans of Clifton; brothers, Edward Joe Honea of Clifton, David Honea of Clifton; sixteen grandchildren; forty-six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild on the way.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, May 26, 2017 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 27, 2017 in the chapel of Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust St., Denton. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, Denton. Rev. Joe Colwick and Rev. Larry Colwick will officiate the service.
