Betty Lou Beeler Gaddy, 83, of Denton passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 at Lake Village Nursing Home. She was born March 21, 1930 in Denton to John Clay and Mamie Ellen (Karr) Beeler. She was a graduate of Denton schools, and a member of the Baptist Church. She was married to the late Richard Sherwood Gaddy, who preceded her in death. She was retired from the S & H Green Stamp Store, Inc. as a District Manager.
Mrs. Gaddy is survived by her son, Emmett Dwight Meredith and wife Barrie of Denton, sisters, Martha Ouellette of Sanger, and Ruth Bryan of Lewisville, a granddaughter, Lauren Meredith and nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Monday, September 30, 2013 at the Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton from 6 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. and a funeral service wil be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of the Funeral Home, with Dr. Ben Smith officiating.
