Bernadine Strong, 86 of Denton, passed away, Sunday, September 11, 2005 at the Sterling House. She was born January 26, 1919 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Henry and Marie (Bonnette) Horton. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, and was retired from Moore Business Forms where she was an Executive Secretary.

A funeral service will be held at 10 A.M. Friday, September 16, 2005 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home with Rev. Cliff Feeler, officiating. The family will be at the funeral home from 6 OP.M. until 8 P.M. Thursday, Septimber 15, 2005 for visitation. Pallbearers will be Lyndon James, Wayne Zatopek, Derek Dittrich, Ryan Brown, Witcher Horton, and John Lewis.

Mrs. Strong is survived by two daughters, Jacqueline Strong Conner, of Denton, and Kathryn Strong Zatopek, of Tyler, and two granddaughters Christina Dittrich, of Hamilton and Meghann Brown, of Temple, and three great grandchildren.
