Barbara Davis Seal

Barbara D. Seal, age 75, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Denton, with her children by her side. She was born September 10, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas to D.W. Davis and Sue Wilson Burns. She was a graduate of Denton High School. She worked with data entry for Moore Business Forms and UNT, with a wonderfully strong work ethic.

Barbara truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; lunches with friends and family (usually at a Mexican restaurant), shopping (purses were her weakness), and caring for her treasured dogs. She always had to have a Pekingese or two in her home. Barbara was an advocate for those with special needs and was known to help out with the "Friends" Sunday School Class at church on Sunday mornings. She is survived by her son, Devin Seal and her daughter, DeNae Bickford, son-in-law, Ty Bickford, granddaughter, Brooke Bickford, and grandson, Blake Bickford.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Barbara touched are invited to Towne North Baptist Church, 526 Hercules Ln., Denton, Texas. Visitation will be Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. followed by a memorial service from 10 a.m.-11 a.m., to reminisce, grieve, support each other and, of course, just chat.
