Obituary
Barbara Jochem Mahrt died at her home in Flower Mound, Texas on October 27, 2006. She was born February 10, 1933 in Ainsworth to Oscar and Pearl Jochem. Barbara graduated from Ainsworth High School in 1951. She attended Midland College in Fremont, Wayne State College and graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1957.
She is survived by her husband, LeRoy, a son, Ken and wife, Amanda, daughters, Lori Brown and husband, Norman, Cheri Kren and husband, David, four grandsons, two granddaughters. She is also survived by a brother Dean Jochem and wife, Sharron, a nephew, two nieces, grand nephews and nieces.
A memorial service was held in Texas and a service is planned at a later date in the Ainsworth area.
