Obituary
Barbara Ann Hicks, 75, of Denton passed away on May 12, 2015 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Denton. She was born November 1, 1939 in Cross Roads, Denton County, Texas to Harold G. and Willie Inez (Griffin) George. She was retired from the Denton State School as a Supervisor and then as a Teacher's Aide at Ryan High School.
Ms. Hicks is survived by son, Jason Hicks and wife Dawn of Krugerville, TX; brother, Gene George and wife Michele of Pilot Point, TX and one grandchild, Jimmie Hicks of Krugerville, and nephew John George.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton followed by a funeral service on Friday, May 15, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of the funeral home, with Rev. Chris Walden, officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Cross Roads.
