Barbara Ann Hill was born on November 10, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan to Frank and Helen Legg. Her family moved to Monrovia, Ca. in 1940. She had made her home in Sierra Madre, CA from 1964-2013.  She then moved to Denton, Texas where she resided near her daughters, until her passing on January 13, 2017.
She was employed with the Pasadena Unified School District for 28 years, until she retired in 1998.
She is survived by her two daughters, Nancy Freisheim and Susan Pell, 3 Granddaughters and 13 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Legg.
She will always be remembered for her caring and compassionate ways... always placing others needs before her own.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 26 ^th at 11:00am at Willow Bend Assisted Living in Denton.
