Avon Mitchell Cline was born December 18,1941, in Dallas, TX, to Robert and Ruth Mitchell. She died on September 23, 2015,after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.In 1960 she graduated from Denton highschool and later from the University of NorthTexas. She had a long career as a 4th gradeteacher at Robert E. Lee Elementary School.She is survived by her son, David M. Fruth and wife Stacy, of Ponder, and her daughter, Pamela M. Sprabary and husband Brian, of Denton.Grandchildren, Mitchell, Brenden, Bailey, and Colton. Sheis also survived by her sister, D'Alva Reed and her husband Bill, of Kilgore, and nephews, Billy and Bobby Reed.
Visitation will be Sunday September 27, 2015, from 6-8p.m. at Denton Funeral home and a service will be MondaySept. 28, 2015, at 10 a.m. at Denton Funeral Home and Chapel Arrangements are under the direction of Denton Funeral Home.
