Aurora 'Cha Cha'� Gonzalez, 74, of Dallas, formerly of Denton, died Friday, December 1, 2006 at Methodist Hospital in Dallas. She was born April 6, 1932 in Ed Couch, TX to Raul M. and Aurora (Saldana) Gonzalez. She was a member of the Catholic Church. She received both a Bachelor's and Masters from Texas Women's University. She was a Teacher and Counselor with the Dallas Independent School District, and formerly worked for Camp Fire International and Children's Incorporated of Dallas.

A funeral service will be held in Elsa, Texas with Guerra Funeral Home in charge. Burial will follow in Weslaco, TX A visitation will be held from 7:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton.

She is survived by three Sisters, and One brother, and an adopted Sister and Care Giver, Nancy Saylor, of Dallas. Numerous Friends, Nieces and Nephews.
