Artie Fay Forester, 99 of Denton, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Corinth Rehabilitation Center. She was born April 12, 1915 in Bartonville, TX to Truman and Pearl (Robertson) Clark. She was married to Lyle Wesley Forester in 1933 in Lewisville, and he passed away on Sept. 9, 1977. She is a member of the Chinn Chapel Methodist Church and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Forester is survived by daughters, Jackie Ruth Judkins of Oak Point, and Artie Joyce Smith of Corinth, sons, Danny Wesley Forester of Moss Lake, and Don Wayne Forester of Valent, OK Twenty grandchildren, thirty seven great grandchildren, twenty-two great great grandchildren and one great great great grandchild. A son James Allen Forester preceded her in death.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. followed by a funeral service on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 2 P.M. in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
