Antonio Augusto Perez "Tony", 21, of Denton passed away on February 16, 2017 in Denton, Texas.

Tony was born on October 16, 1995 in San Diego, California to Tony and Carol Perez. He attended Guyer High School in Denton where he ran track and cross-country; he broke several track records and competed in state meets. He had a true passion for running and adventure. Tony was an extremely charming young man full of life who always had a smile on his face; he was also passionate about giving and helping others.

Tony is survived by his younger sister Alyssa, his parents Tony and Carol Perez, and numerous extended family members.

Wake will be at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home, in Denton Texas, on Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 PM. The Memorial Service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, in Denton TX, on Monday, February 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
