Anne K. Huffhines, 55, of Denton passed away on August 30, 2013. She was born on January 26, 1958 in Ft. Worth, TX, the daughter of James Ira Huffhines Jr.(deceased) and Mildred Ruth Turner-Stone.
Anne was a graduate of Denton High School and The University of North Texas where she was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She was a paralegal and was currently employed specializing in the field of bankruptcy.
Anne is survived by her mother Mildred Ruth Turner-Stone; daughter Kendall Nicole McCrae; son Merrick James Huffhines; brother James Ira Huffhines III; sisters Marsha R. Leffel, and Debra Kay Isbell, all of Denton. And several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter Marlo McCrae, a sister Sharon B. Hestand, and her father James Ira Huffhines Jr.
Anne was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend. Funeral services will be held Saturday September 7, 2013 at 10:00a.m. in the Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home Chapel, 705 N. Locust St. Denton, TX, followed by a burial in the Tioga Cemetery, Tioga, TX.
