Ann M. Josey, 72, of Denton, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at Denton Regional Medical Center.  She was born April 16, 1937 in Goldston, N. C. to Nathan and Allie (Hart) Myers.  She was married to Arnold Oneal Josey on March 5, 1955 in Chesterfield, S.C.  She was retired from retail sales. She was a member of the Baptist Church, and also a homemaker.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday August 5, 2009 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, with Rev. Eddie Schafer officiating.

Mrs. Josey is survived by her husband, Arnold O. Josey; three sons, Rick Josey of Phoenix, AZ, Neal Josey of McKinney and Carl Josey of Highland Ranch, CO ; three sisters, Nancy Holder, of Sanford, NC, Betty Manness of Silver City, NC, Helen Tharp of Pittsboro NC; and one brother Ken Myers of Sanford, NC; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
