Obituary
Alta Fisher, age 80, of Lake Dallas, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2007, at her home.
She was born June 25, 1926 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Levi and Ethel Ruth Holly Mitchell. Alta was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde H. Fisher on June 27, 1998.
She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Denton.
Alta is survived by her son, Clyde Fisher and his wife, Ruth of Lake Dallas; four grandchildren; Jerry Finnin and Shelia Savoy of Florida, Chris Fisher of Denton and Laurie Fraser of Lewisville and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Ruth Benedetti and by a grandson, Brian Finnin.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2007, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow in Swisher Cemetery in Lake Dallas. Reverend Homer Walkup will officiate the service.
