Alice Tatom Hanselman, 78, of Denton, died Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Denton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Mrs. Hanselman was born on August 22, 1938 in New Castle, Indiana to Harold and Eulalah Iris (Wilson) Tatom. She was married to Lawrence Eugene Hanselman on August 15, 1959. She graduated from Clearspring High School and was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She retired as an Administrative Assistant from the University of North Texas, Texas Center for Educational Technology.
She is survived by her son, Michael Hanselman and his wife Karen of Ponder; brother, Harold Noble Tatom of Seymore, Indiana; grandchildren, Andrew and Sara Hanselamn, Marianna and Joshua Smith, Ivy and Justin Tott, Justin and Lola Hanselman, Christopher Ohlsen, Andrew Ohlsen; great grandchildren, Matthew, Alice, Adele, Charlee, Iris, Raynlyn, Jacob, Lyric.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Ponder United Methodist Church, 104 Remington Park Lane, Ponder, TX 76259.
