A.J. Lemmond, 77, passed away peacefully at his home on November 9, 2015. A.J. was born in Lubbock, TX on April 5, 1938 the son of John Noah Lemmond and Audrey Sybil Ledbetter Lemmond. A.J. is survived by his wife of 53 years Carolyn Jean Wood Lemmond; two daughters Tammie Seay and husband Ronnie of Denton; and Becky Voight and husband Bobby of Denton; one sister Frances Fox of Lubbock, and five grandchildren Laynee and Adam Seay, Reagan Voight, and Zach and Haley Voight. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday November 12, 2015at the Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held on Thursday at 1pmuntil service time at 2:00.
