Adele A. Eiffert, age 73, of Flower Mound, passed away Friday, October 30, 2009, in Lewisville. She was born June 4, 1936 in Dubuque, Iowa to Walter William Richards and Gladys Rose Miller Richards. Due to the death of her birth mother Adele was raised by Bernice Margaret from the age of two. Adele married LeRoy H. Eiffert on November 26, 1960 in Monona, Iowa. He preceded her in death on January 18, 1996. Adele was a 32 year member of First United Methodist Church in Lewisville and a member of Order of Eastern Star. She was also a huge Farmer Football and Baseball supporter for over 30 years.

She is survived by her children; Michelle Francis, Marcia Eiffert, Mary Eiffert, Melinda Eiffert, Michael  Eiffert and David Berg; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and brothers and sisters, Elsie Harris, Herb Richards, Fern Berends, Dale Richards, Paul Richards and Teresa Berry.

Funeral service will be held 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2009, at First United Methodist Church of Lewisville. Adele will be interred at the Monona City Cemetery in Monona, Iowa. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
