Abel Escamilla, Jr of Denton, TX lost his battle with Cancer and went to be with our Lord on Friday March 3,2023.

Abel is preceded in death by his son, Gilbert Escamilla, his father Abel Escamilla, his mother Martha Maria Escamilla. He is survived by his ex-wife Yolanda Escamilla and children: Sylvia Smith of Denton, TX, Alice Sanchez of Denton, TX, Veronica Aguirre of Frisco, TX and Jaime Escamilla of Dallas, TX. His siblings: Robert Escamilla of North Richland Hills,TX, Freddy Escamilla of El Paso, TX, Jesse Escamilla of Brownwood, TX, Maggie McKutcheon of Ft Wayne, IN, Rosa Escamilla of Defiance, OH, Gloria Moreno of Defiance, OH, Irma Reynolds of Killeen,TX, Stella Hernandez of Ft. Worth, TX. He had 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Abel lived his life to the fullest with little regret. He was a welder by trade. Abel was fortunate to have his children by his side as he drew his last breath. He will be dearly missed.
